I highly recommend Dr. Jess in Spinewise. I was having sharp pains at knee and hip for months from running. After the first visit at Dr. Jess, the pains already became moderate. By the third visits, I almost didn’t feel any pains and could resume exercise. I have had the privilege to receive Dr. Jess’ care and it’s been one of the most significant experiences in years. As an athlete and dancer my mobility is imperative to me. Convenience matters, and Spinewise Chiropractic makes it easy. Scheduling is simple, appointments are on time, and the care is excellent. I came in for wellness care with a history of back and neck issues. Dr. Jess immediately understood that and adjusted my care accordingly. The treatments are gentle but effective. I appreciate how knowledgeable and precise she is—this place truly feels like healthcare, not just a quick adjustment.

Dr Jess is a very caring, capable, and AWESOME chiropractor! She has gone above and beyond to deepen her knowledge about my Ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis. Her adjustments are spot-on, and the deep tissue pressure she applies is very effective in relieving the pain. The location is convenient, with free parking and she accepts insurance too!
