Everyone that I’ve communicated with has been extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same treatment with Lindsey, the Nurse Manager when she called me to confirm my scheduled surgery. She was rude, not accommodating, condescending, talked over me, and lacked empathy. My experience with her left me feeling not supported and uncomfortable with moving forward with my scheduled appointment at this specific location. After several years of different treatments, the spinal cord stimulation device implanted has allowed me to resume a more semi-normal life. Dr. Lo & the nurses at this surgery center are WONDERFUL. Nurse Susan A and Nurse Irene are the best; all of the intake nurses are great & put me at ease. I am not sure of the surgical nurses names but they are great for the 3 minutes before the anaesthesia is administered. Thank you ladies for all that you have done for me. You are the best.
The staff and Dr. Lo are the best.
