Everyone that I’ve communicated with has been extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same treatment with Lindsey, the Nurse Manager when she called me to confirm my scheduled surgery. She was rude, not accommodating, condescending and lacked empathy. My experience with her left me feeling not supported and uncomfortable with moving forward with my scheduled appointment at this specific location. Also want to document a serious concern regarding staff professionalism. The gentleman (Kevin) who called me from the back office spoke very loudly and quickly, was rude, repeatedly talked over me, and did not allow me to fully explain my situation. His tone and manner were disrespectful and made an already stressful situation worse. Just because he’s the nephew of one of the doctors he feels he can walk around and do whatever.
