Everyone that I’ve communicated with has been extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same treatment with Lindsey, the Nurse Manager when she called me to confirm my scheduled surgery. She was rude, not accommodating, condescending and lacked empathy. My experience with her left me feeling not supported and uncomfortable with moving forward with my scheduled appointment at this specific location.
