Everyone that I’ve communicated with has been extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same treatment with Lindsey, the Nurse Manager when she called me to confirm my scheduled surgery. She was rude, not accommodating, condescending and lacked empathy. Also want to document a serious concern regarding staff professionalism. The gentleman (Kevin) who called me from the back office spoke very loudly and quickly, was rude, repeatedly talked over me, and did not allow me to fully explain my situation. His tone and manner were disrespectful and made an already stressful situation worse. Just because he’s the nephew of one of the doctors he feels he can walk around and do whatever. Since the spinal cord stimulation device was implanted my pain level has gone from a constant 8 to ~1-1/2 or 2. Thank you Dr. Lo and everyone at the office.
Would not recommend this facility all about the money not the people.
