Would not recommend this facility all about the money not the people.
Been a month still waiting for MRI results such a great place guess they didn’t get enough insurance money. So disrespectful and not caring about patients but I guess they have enough money and people to pick and choose who gets treatment.Found out Dr. Lo has had my results since 7/2/25 would not recommend this man to anyone people you need to get help from another doctor and place this is a con artist place run run run as fast as you can I would find a real professional doctor and place.Good luck.

They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. We were seen early and didn't get paper work done before appt was over.
The staff doesn't know how to deal with Tricare patients. They don't know how to handle insurance claims and they wait till the last minute to cancel medical procedures due to their incompetence making me waste time.
