We love this place! Dilan has been amazing with my daughter. He is easygoing, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk you through everything so you always feel comfortable and informed. What really sets this office apart is that it is so much more than a traditional chiropractic clinic. They offer a full-body approach to wellness with chiropractic care, physical therapy, cupping, sauna, and even a nutritionist on site. I love that Dr. Dilan takes his time with all of his patients and creates relationships with his athletes! He is very involved and one of the biggest cheerleaders! I also had the chance to try out the sauna, a was surprised with how much I loved it!!! Highly recommend Spines and Grinds!!
