Very nice, friendly staff. I tried the hot yoga this morning for the first time and I must say I throughly recommend it! I enjoyed it so much that I bought a special package to come back again and again. They offer a variety of different classes to fit your needs. If you're in the area definitely stop by and check this studio out.
Let me start this out by saying that I used to hate yoga. It was too dull for me. Now, thanks to Mara at Spinergy Studio, I love it. So glad I gave yoga a second chance. The studio is beautiful, spacious, and very modern, which I love. They have a free class option on their site--- you MUST try them out! I will definitely be going back for more Yoga, as well as other classes.
Fun, energetic, intense spinning classes, very clean studio and love Stephanie!!
Great classes. My personal favorite, spinning! Best of all they have super friendly and helpful staff.
