I think this is a great team of professionals. They explain every detail before the procedure and make you feel very supported through the experience. From the first bit, scheduling, receptionist, to nurses, and most of all Dr Hakim. I highly recommend SpineOne.
Everyone here is super friendly and nice, although the injections didn’t work we appreciate the process. Injection appt did take almost 4 hours which really sucked but overall it was a good experience because of the staff.
Everyone was really kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Beware of billing with this business if there are any payments you need to set up that are recurring. Stephanie in Billings is absolutely terrible!!!! Spine one has overcharged me on a monthly recurring bill and I’ve left multiple messages and called multiple times with absolutely no call back or even courtesy call to say she would get back to me if in fact she is sooo busy.
