Spinelli a/c is the BEST! Our a/c had been out for 10 days. Three companies were consulted. It was determined that a new line needed to be set. Unfortunately this would mean burrowing under the driveways of two adjacent units. Spinelli’s bid was less than the others and Frank Spinelli had his crew working on Sunday at no extra charge so we could have a/c. Came home from work to a warm house and my condenser not working. It was after 5:00 and raining like crazy. These guys had a couple techs to my house within an hour, and they fixed my unit on the spot in the rain under an umbrella! Great price, fantastic service. Even in the pouring rain!

Money is tight & my AC unit needs to be replaced. It stopped cooling my home on a Sunday and they had someone here in 20 mins. I had the unit repaired in December by another local company and they charged me $500 more than Spinelli. Tony was quick and kind. 10/10

UNFRIENDLY AND CHILDISH SERVICE - Called to inquire about services. Vicki answered, and the only question she asked was if Spinelli has already serviced our unit. When I answered no, she asked who our service provider was. When I answered, her response was “Why don’t you get them to figure it out?” Immature and unwilling to provide any level of assistance or service. Good luck with this one.
