I have been going Spinelab for over a year now. It's a clean, well kept clinic and has very friendly staff. Marios is a brilliant sports massage therapist. Very knowledgeable, professional. Listens and understands the issue and always conducts treatment that relieves the issues. Would very highly recommend.
I can't believe I haven’t written a review yet! I attended between summer and December last year for pain in my neck and shoulder area. Dr. Carl quickly found the source of the pain, and by the end of my sessions, I was feeling great. I had lived with that pain for years, so to now be pain-free is honestly life-changing. Thank you so much for your amazing service — and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend!
Carl is amazing and is able to fix most things. I suffered from sciatica for many years and with his chiropractic treatments and advice, I am feeling fine now. The staff at the clinic are very friendly too and able to slot me in at a convenient time for me. Highly recommend Spine Lab.

Carl has been very supportive throughout the journey, his knowledge fascinates me as he explains how different parts of the spine affect the body, each appointment was very comfortable. Additionally, my sports therapist, Marios also helped me a lot as it eased out my muscle fatigue.
