Very professional ! I was in and out in less than hour. All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable which I really appreciate.
Check in ladies super sweet, lady directed me to the back and gave me water and animal cookies went over and above ❤️, lady did blood pressure so nice talked me through while sticking me I love it, I hate needles. Anesthesia guy very nice, Dr. super professional, he introduced himself, then explained what he was about to do, woke up in the recovery room with 2 sweet ladies by my side. After enduring 5 months of severe pain, 2 MRI’s and 2 spinal blocks, I had no relief and switched my care to Dr. Downey and his team. His team carefully reviewed my symptoms and identified where the pain was actually coming from. After treatment, I am finally out of pain and I could not be more appreciative to Dr. Downey and his entire staff.
I continue to receive help and find every employee to be kind and respectful. Dr. Downey has an excellent bedside manner and his knowledge has always proven to be just what I needed.
