SpineFit is the absolute best! David has helped me tremendously over the course of my sessions. I had a severe concussion several years ago and my neck and back pain had been pretty consistent since the injury. David helped me finally recover and feel myself again, and I couldn’t thank him and Chelsea enough for that. Go to them if you want to see results!!
