When I went to Spine Central in Hampton, I’d had mild sciatica for about three months. The pain wasn’t too bad, but I wanted to get ahead of it and thought a chiropractor might help. I travel 5-6h return journey twice per week for over two months now and all i can say it’s worth it. Treatment provided by Richard is exceptional! My posture and balance have improved and pain caused by herniated disc is slowly easing away. Reception staff always extremely helpful and willing to accommodate when I am facing train cancellations and delays. Thank you Richard and spine central
