I look the clinical Pilates class with Farzana and she was amazing! The classes were tailored to your needs and fitness goals and Farzana was very professional and encouraging during the classes. I highly recommend her!!
I recently completed 10 sessions of Clinical Pilates with Dr. Farzana Bandali (chiropractic doctor and RMT), and I’m so thankful I signed up. I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my posture and in how I move during daily activities. The program can be done either virtually or in person. Dr Farzana and her Clinical Pilates program showed up in my journey after two years of my second C-section. She and Spine+ have been very welcoming and supportive during my postpartum recovery journey. She is very knowledgeable and skilled to bring any mom to the next level of self-care and wellness. I just wish I could have found her earlier, but it's never too late to find the amazing joy of being painless, feeling stronger, and reconnecting to myself.
