Dr. Forman is the best - if I could give him 10 stars, I would. After several rounds of PT by the age of 22, I was given 2 options for my back problems as I could barely walk: Try a chiropractor, or schedule surgery. I went to Dr. Forman, and with his care I returned to not only walking, but playing sports. 15 years later, I continue to see him for ongoing support and maintenance. Dr. Forman is amazing. He truly cares about his patients and wants nothing more than to help them get better. He really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.
