First visit and even after coming before scheduled time I had to wait more than an hour to see a nurse and then another 20 mins till I saw the doctor. Scheduling means nothing here. I'm sure if I was 3 mins late I would have gotten like 3 missed calls from them. And it wasn't like there were tons of patients. Came here for pain treatment left with frustration
Very creative billing! I paid my copay date of service then received bills for things usually covered by the office visit. They bill for those forms where they ask about depression and other things like that a ADD questionnaire and so on. The office visit suddenly got very expensive. When I came down to injections I went somewhere else.
