They billed me $250 when it should have been a $30 co-pay. I've verified this with my insurance carrier. I've had great difficulty getting anyone to assist me. Yesterday, someone called from the clinic, apologized about their mistake and said she pulled the charge. Today: the $250 charge was cleared through my account! I tried calling for 25minutes and no one-not one single person answered the phone until I pressed the "Doctor or Hospital" selection. I can honestly say I feel seen and heard here. Dr. Tijmes listens to concerns and provides clear explanations both regarding the source of pain, as well as, prospective treatments.
People are great and caring. Just hope the procedure works!!
