Dr. Lam is the best — knowledgeable, personable, caring, respectful, and trustworthy most of all. If i have to hv surgery on my back, i trust him to do it. That says a lot. I’ve put this possibility off due to fear, but i trust him. Thank you, Dr. Lam.
For my first appointment Dr was very informative and helpful. The nurse was very helpful and friendly.
Everyone was very kind and accommodating. It was very convenient being close to my home. From the receptionist, Dr. Lam had very good bedside manners and knowledgeable of my condition. Also, I appreciate his assistant too; also helpful.
What crappy front desk help, wouldn't check me in after stating balance issue. Very nasty! Couldn't see Doctor Lam for followup, called group manager after leaving facility and she too didn't care at all, after waiting hours for reply. I hope doctors don't act this way, I'll try elsewhere for my neck issue after MRI was done. Really crappy branch, go elsewhere. Maybe Southlake store. I think I'll go elsewhere.
