My doctor recommended Spine and Sports Physical Therapy after I had a bad experience at another PT. Phil was my main PT however I highly recommend Chris and Keith as well. They are all extremely knowledgeable and up to date on using different modalities of treatment. They are compassionate and encouraging throughout the process. Their front desk staff is lovely to work with for scheduling appointments and the facility is light and bright and cheerful! Simply the best!
When I first went to Spine & Sports in the beginning of January, my shoulder was in intense pain and even connecting my seat belt was a chore. Less than 6 weeks later and I am starting to bench press again. Many thanks for getting me back on track. The staff is phenomenal. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get beat up :-)

By far the best physical therapists in or near Ridgefield. Their methodology for diagnosing and treating each patient is very different from other physical therapists in the region. For example, I had some very challenging physical limitations that other PTs could not improve in any way. Dr. Phil used a combination of dry needling and suction cups, with a lot of "hands on" therepay to significantly improve my functionality.
