I came to this practice with a bad experience from another doctor in another state. Saw Dr Althans. What a difference from my previous experience!! Wonderful treatment and bedside manner. She explained everything she was doing to ease my mind. That was two years ago! I go back periodically as needed. This is a fantastic practice from the doctors themselves right down the line. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

Dr Dan literally saved my life! I was depressed and in chronic pain and had been going to chiropractors in Bozeman spending Gosh knows how much $$ for 3 years. They did nothing for me but charge me twice a week. After literally one visit with Dan he tried a different method than Bozeman doctors had been and healed me. I get tear eyed thinking about it and I am a 40 year old man. Thanks Dan!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Satchell is an amazing Chiropractor. This is a family owned business for the last 27 years and the patients that come in and out of this clinic have stuck by his side over the years. I highly recommend Dr Satchell. I hurt my back during a workout where I couldn't even move myself without excruciating pain. My husband brought me straight too Spine and Sports. Dr Satchell saw me right away and helped me get through the debilitating pain. He knew what to do in those crucial first 24-48 hrs to help get me to where He could treat me.
