Complaint Message Hello, I would like to request an improvement regarding your reservation system and customer service. I have attempted to call multiple times (4–5 times), yet no one answers the phone. Additionally, the scheduler has been extremely rude. They put me on hold and then abruptly hang up without any explanation. I was also told that if I cannot make it to my appointment, I must call to cancel or leave a voicemail. I came here for 3 therapies, each consisting of 12 visits, from 2024-2025 (once for both knees and twice for both shoulders). The receptionist and physical therapists were always respectful and I did not have one bad experience with any of them. Although one sees separate therapists, it was my experience that they were always reading each others' notes and that they were always up-to-date on whatever was going on with me. Great place and service , would definitely recommend to family and friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped reach my goal to recovery.
