My first time at Spine & Sport with Mikayla was good. She had a positive attitude, listened to me, and provided constructive feedback with a good introduction of exercises. That didn't happen on my second visit on 6/1/26 at 2:30pm. She greeted me again with a positive attitude and had me work with her subordinate, Junior. I really enjoy coming here every week. Im honestly gonna be sad when my body fully heals because ill definitely miss it. The staff are actually really fun to be around. I know how outgoing they are and that they really care to fix your body.
Everyone is so welcoming at this location! Starting off with Elijah making checking in easy and connecting on a personal yet professional level. I got the chance to work my foot fracture with Sarah and Michael, but working mostly with Cameron! Cameron made my recover journey easy and effective. I would definitely come back if I have another injury but I hope not to see them again any time soon!
Absolutely love Spine And sport Mission Valley location! Especially after 4 PM crew. They always spend hands on time before putting me thru all the exercises! They always measure my progress when I ask them! I highly recommend this crew of Mikayla and Junior!
Therapists very caring, polite. Place is very clean and organized. Feeling much better after each session. I absolutely recommend this place.
