Great therapists with good knowledge, with warm and caring personalities. Significant improvement in car accident related whiplash in 5 weeks.
This PT location changed its insurance contract with BlueShield without letting me know and never responded to my inqury on the billing and I had to find out through my insurance. I visited here between Jan and March of 2025 and for four consequtive visits they charged me in-network rate at the desk and then recharged me the out-of-network rate later without letting me know they were not in contract with BlueShield at the time, all through my visits until March. The staff is great! They listen to your needs and make you feel like family all the while taking care of your aches and pains! Highly recommend them!!
I believe some of these reviews are old and don't take into account the new manager, Rich. Rich and his team are fantastic. The space is clean and has an abundance of options for therapy. I came in for a reconstructed ACL and had outstanding results. They really listen to your goals and do what they can to get you there. There is great individualized attention and they truly care about your recovery. I have been to many physical therapists and they are by far the best.
Best place to go for relief. PT is painful, but their professionalism and empathy really helps.
