The physical therapist are very knowledgeable and have effective methods for gaining strength in injured areas.
I have severe osteoarthritis in one knee and mild in the other. This has caused chronic pain and forced me to be sedentary most of the time. I am a candidate for knee replacement surgery. I was referred to Spine & Sport Physical Therapy 12 weeks ago to rebuild muscle and improve balance in preparation for an international trip followed by knee replacement surgery.
