I had a fairly extensive surgery on my achilles. Niki had me up and running again in months. I recommend Spine and Sport to everyone who asks about my surgery.
i've went there since i tore my hamstring. they worked miracles!! i'm back to doing cheer sooner than i ever thought i would! and the people are amazing ! �
Thank you Spine and Sport. Trina Day was great to work with, and she listened to all my concerns before we started. I really appreciate the extra push at the end to make sure I was going to be OK. I particularly enjoyed the day the Hillary pushed extra hard, and helped me be creative with stretches until one worked. I can't say enough good about Sp & Sp and everyone there. I have been helped so much over the past few years. They are competent and verrry caring. If you're ever in doubt where to go, this IS the place!
I recently worked with Janet at Spine and Sport for 2+ months of therapy. She motivated me to work on rehab both there and at home. It was a very beneficial and pleasant experience as we dealt with the physical and emotional aspects of my injury. The entire staff were very caring, kind, and knowledgeable.
