A great place to go for physical therapy. the therapy and exercises were very helpful to relieve pain and increase mobility in my shoulder. Travis was very knowledgeable in treating me. I would definitely recommend Spine and Sport Biomechanical.
The entire staff is very knowledgeable. They will help you to improve your health and well being without surgery. I've had neck issues they helped me correct in the past.. We are working on heel and hand pain. I wanted an alternative to surgery. They are awesome at what they do..

Shirley and her team are amazing! Recently, I was experiencing some issues and my primary care provider could not pinpoint the cause. They told me to come back if I was still having pain after a few weeks, but could not offer any answers. Shirley was able to explain exactly what was causing the pain and corrected it immediately! The exercises I left with have helped me to keep the my body aligned and the pain away. Thank you, Shirley and team! You are miracle workers!
