Never saw the 1st reviewer as a “patient;” was a medical-legal exam / opinion for an atty. Appt was 1:30, but she was told to be here at 12:30 to complete paperwork. Never saw 2nd reviewer at all, problem with insurance or paperwork. We’ve been at NKCH for 32+ years, and don’t seek out reviews or manipulate them.
Was sent the wrong form to fill out before the appointment, and to the wrong address. Upon arriving had a doctor argue with me that my appointment was at 1:30 rather than 12:30... I have the email so I know I'm right. Wouldn't recommend.
Some HATEFUL and RUDE lady answered the phone. First impressions are everything. Hung up on her. Not worth my time. First time calling and already running potential patients off because she can't be respectful or kind.
