She made me wait a full hour past my appointment time, and she just walked in and handed me a photocopy and said “This is how we treat patients.” They will not tailor a specific program to your needs, they will just hand you a photocopy. Very rude staff. She also lied on the report she sent my PCP — she didn’t discuss half the stuff with me that she wrote about me in that letter.
Issues with scheduling, issues with prescribing prescriptions and sending them to pharmacy, issues with sending fax’s to other specialist, issues with receptionist. Nurse practitioner will not listen and have no idea how scoliosis and chronic pain can affect one’s daily life. Have not talked about a care plan or goal. WOULD NOT SEND MY KIDS THERE IF THEY WERE IN DIRE NEED. I will not step foot back into this office.
This place is a joke. I waited almost 45 minutes to be seen... Only for the NP to do nothing but LIE to my face. Yeah I did the research after I left and she lied through her teeth. Weird energy. Will never return and wouldn't recommend.
I wish I could choose less than 1 star. Do not recommend. Takes a month to get results from a MRI. Your quality of life is not their main concern.
