I had my epidural injection on Feb. 10, 2026 at the Blue Bonnet Surgery Center. My experience was really good because of the excellent customer service. All the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and concern before my procedure. Dr. Patel is very nice and friendly. I love Dr. Patel and his staff. They're the best, kind, personable and knowledgeable.
Dr Cheng has taken great care of me while performing procedures and during follow up in the office. Follow-up: as my body has needed additional care, Dr Patel and Dr Cheng have been knowledgeable and responsive in providing treatment. Recently, Dr Patel performed Kyphoplasty that has provided pain relief and improved spinal alignment and posture, and the anesthesia provided by Karen at Bluebonnet Surgery Center was totally amazing -- just right with no adverse effects.
I had a procedure given by Dr. Pritesh Patel. His assistants also did good, they made me feel comfortable so I could relax and not be afraid. I appreciated that.
Let me get to know your practice first. So far I had to start from scratch and I am in severe pain. Once you actually start to help me I retake the survey. But I will say everyone has been super nice.
