Dr.Meta is very smart and is very good at his job. His receptionists unfortunately are worthless. They will not call you back. They will not keep you updated with anything and when you call them to get updates they act like they have no idea who you are and would rather not be talking to you. I will never go back and would rather live in pain than talk to them again.
Very bad experience the doctor is very good well-known experience but the staff the front desk are very very rude. They are not friendly one of the lady I spoke with this morning. I told her I have to talk with the doctor if you can send my message and she said doctor don’t want to talk with you today. Dr. Meta is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and intelligent, and I have great respect for his medical expertise. Unfortunately, the quality of care is undermined by the office staff, who are often disorganized, unhelpful, and at times, rude. Even with a referral in place that should have covered all of my needs, the staff was unable to coordinate my required procedure.
