I had an appointment a few months ago, not a good experience at all. I was on time with my appointment but then proceeded to wait in the exam room for an hour. When my daughter asked what the holdup was, the nurse said he was doing other procedures. My daughter said we have an appointment so why his he doing other procedures and ignoring us? She said he should be in shortly; 10minutes later still no Dr. came in so we left. When we left the waiting room had 6 people waiting 🤦♀️
I went to see Dr Kalava for lower back pain after a vehicle accident. I didnt realize how much pain I was in after Dr Kalava said I would have to get a shot in the back to ease the pain. I had the shot and it felt much better. I will be getting shot for the rest of my life as long as I keep getting the pain back the shot only works for a few months. Dr Kalava is the best I will continue to see him .
Dr. Kalava knows what he’s doing. Beautiful bedside manner, really nice personality easy to talk to and he listens to you so glad that I found a real doctor that enjoys helping people.
I have gotten great results with his care and have continued to improve. I had been inpain for a very long time to the point of not being able to do many normal activities. (Like even walk normallynorbstand up to make dinner) I have done a lot of core strength work since then but to start i had a spinal injection which worked amazingly well. My back had gotten so much worse over the past few years and i had such severe fiery nerve pain shooting down both legs to my feet that even walking was really difficult and i was hsing ... read more
I had one visit, that was too much. I waited 45 minutes for him then he was no help. Seems to like to help women more.
