I don’t understand how this office has such bad reviews. From my experience, everybody that worked in the front office was VERY professional, nice, and courteous. I saw Dr Nguyen and another lady ( I regret not catching her name ) and the both of them were awesome and explained everything with no issues.
Professional but not friendly. Signed in but no one informed me whether i was at the right place or not. Person that did the xray and the doctor was nice.
HORRIBLE experience. I wish I could rate zero stars, lol! The wait was really long past my scheduled appointment time during one of my visits. One guy was so tired of waiting that he kept telling his wife he was going to complain. It took over a month to get a follow up appointment and it was not even for the recommended treatment. It turned out that it took them so long to reschedule that I had to be reassessed before being scheduled for the procedure, which was disrespectful of my time due to lack of communication and foll... read more
