I called in in a lot of pain and asked for Dr. Nassery Cancel I think it was Jaylene told me that I can’t see the doctor for a month. I told her I need to see the doctor. She told me just go to the hospital . Not even telling me, let me see what we can do. She could care less. You need to have office staff that has compassion and tries to see what she can do. I think she’s rude.

This office manager Ruberto was very rude and unprofessional with his response to an interviewer myself .We were Correspondence through email but I had additional questions about the position and the upcoming interview I had with him so Therefore I called the office to ask to speak to him.
