Update-They still have not refunded the $1000 overpayment they charged me and it's been 65 days since I requested it using their online form. The BBB and insurance company contacted them and received responses that my refund is still "in-process" Stephanie called me on Sept 9th and left me a voicemail message that my check would be ready tomorrow and she'd call me to pick it up-LIE.
