Update: It is almost 3 weekes since Stephanie said that that day will be resolved and of course nothing happens. Next, I will complain to the medical board. Wish me luck. Sep 6 . They owe us money ($4000) because we paid for the surgery but the insurance co.also pay them ($8000). For the last 6 MONTHS they keep saying that they will look into it.
