I am having one of the worst experiences with this place. I’m surprised by all of the 5 star reviews. I wish I had a good experience. I called the Cherry Hill location on May 15 and had a 4 minute conversation with Dr. Birdsall. I was making my first appointment because he came highly recommended by a coworker. He answered the phone, Hello? I asked, is this Spine One? Then he apologized and said that on Fridays he likes to wrap up quickly. He made me an appointment for May 22 at 4:00. I was referred here through the VA and I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with any chiropractic care. Dr. Mike is the real deal. The way he works, you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. I joke that his hands must be blessed or something because every adjustment feels like it was sent straight from above.
