I highly recommend the Duckhorn location. The office personnel is awesome, especially Patricia at the front desk. Dr. Kung not only listens, but most of all, he takes his time to explain treatment options in layperson terms. As far as I'm concerned, his recommendations have always been on target.
I have been going here for years for two workers comp injuries. The whole staff has always been so kind and welcoming throughout this incredibly stressful time in my life. Both of my providers, Dr. Shtutman and Stackhouse, have always listened to my concerns and done so much to help with getting treatment when faced with the awfulness that is workers comp insurance. Thank you all for showing kindness in a system setup to dehumanize me into another statistic.
The staff and Joseph are so helpful and compassionate. I truly recommend them for any spinal injuries and treatment. Kayla the Office Manager responds quickly and answers questions so every thing is efficient.
The office staff are pleasant and friendly. The PA, Shahin Kachhi was very rude to me. She put her finger in my face. She slammed the door on my face, and she documented lies in my medical notes to make it look like I was a drug addict, seeking drugs. Please do not let her interfere with your medical care.
