I went to Spine Miami after a car accident in 2019 and 2021. Dr. Alexander was very good at explaining my injuries in layman’s terms. The care I received was top notch. He really has created a healing environment in his office. From the moment you walk in, your healing starts. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers several different treatment options.
