Dr.Tisdall is a Great Dr,. He is very passionate and explains very well. He has done many procedures on me from neck to back. I have been a patient since he was at Palo Alto location.I would refer any one to this Dr

Wil change after seeing someone, but for right now I do not recommend this place. I've been calling for 2 days to set up a new patient appt and have been extremely disappointed in this facility. I can't even count on two hands anymore the amount of times I've been put on hold and nothing accomplished. No one has helped me, no one has talked to me other than to put me on hold.... over and over and over again. Just had Injestions in my back from the first day t o the day of surgery everyone was awsome.Everypne very friendly explained step by step what was happening..I give them a five star and highly recomened people look no further this is the place .
Thank you to Dr. T and PA Reed who are always upbeat and happy and do a great job at keeping my pain under control. After 5 years of coming here I look forward to it and am back getting active!
I’ve gotten treated there for a while through PA Blount and never had any issues until July. I had some issues after a procedure and was referred for a FCE and had paperwork that needed to be completed and have yet to hear anything back. Poor follow up and customer service and it’s said because now I’ll have to find about pain management doctor.
Friendly and to the point. None of that Doctor lingo; they explain to you in plain English what they will be doing and what needs to be done.
Last two month as been nothing but phone tag. After first procedure had follow appointment. Had that appointment and dr recommend a different approach. Well nothing has happened since then. Time for a new doctor basically denying me medical attention.
They take good care of me and my husband!
