Used Dr Paynam several years ago for back pain injection. He did a good job so went back this year about setting up another one. Their policy is to do a urine drug test for $50 when you go in. I did even though I am not on any pain meds. This $50 is in addition to the $200 office visit. March I get a bill from an outside lab for $397 (Insur reduced to $197).
