The ladies on the phone are nice. However communication seems a bit rough & often mishandled...always having to leave a message. Always. Never get a real person no matter when I call to ask about anything. Have to wait for call back. Always have been late for medication refills & unfortunately pharmacies won't reach out for "controlled substances". So the docs office is the main source that has to send things out. If you are a patient here don’t expect them to treat you with the care you deserve. My grandpa is 86 years old and has been a patient here for 2 years but none of that mattered when they decided not to notify us or the pharmacy that he needed a new hard copy for refills on his Morphine and Percocet prescriptions. They also started closing their office on Fridays so anyone calling for a refill has to wait until Monday. Well, I can’t believe there’s so few reviews that are more recent. Been seeing the doctors here for three years. And they’ve really helped me. I’ve had two spinal fusions and the replacement of a disc and I can’t say I got better treatment anywhere. And I’m from California so I’ve been privy to some of the best doctors in the industry Ucla medical center. But the surgeons here and the PAs are excellent.
Dr Robinson is very caring, good bed side manner and takes his time with you. His office staff as well very kind.
