If you are a patient here don’t expect them to treat you with the care you deserve. My grandpa is 86 years old and has been a patient here for 2 years but none of that mattered when they decided not to notify us or the pharmacy that he needed a new hard copy for refills on his Morphine and Percocet prescriptions. They also started closing their office on Fridays so anyone calling for a refill has to wait until Monday. Well, I can’t believe there’s so few reviews that are more recent. Been seeing the doctors here for three years. And they’ve really helped me. I’ve had two spinal fusions and the replacement of a disc and I can’t say I got better treatment anywhere. And I’m from California so I’ve been privy to some of the best doctors in the industry Ucla medical center. But the surgeons here and the PAs are excellent.
Dr Robinson is very caring, good bed side manner and takes his time with you. His office staff as well very kind.
I’ve been under Lucas Robinson’s, PA care. I appreciate that he listens when I explain as to what is going on with my issue. There is no rush. He makes sure I understand the care he’s providing me. He asks if I have any concerns. It’s really nice knowing that you’ll be seeing Your Physician Assistant and not be rushed.
