Be aware that on any given day you will not be able to reach doctors here by phone or otherwise. Their phones are answered by a third party answering service that only has the ability to email the actual office with your message. No amount of calling or waiting will get you through to the office. I had one appointment with Dr. Perna that was fine, but the inability to reach the office makes the doctors here worthless to anyone that values their time. I highly recommend avoiding.

This was the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office. Dr. Nicoletti doesn't care about his patients at all. Got to my appointment for a slipped disk that's causing me excruciating back pain 13 minutes late due to traffic. I tried calling ahead to inform them I'd be slightly late multiple times to only receive a busy signal (because having one line that doesn't accept messages for a huge medical center is apparently how they do things). DON'T!!! Don't go there! They are unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant. I have been suffering from herniated disc and sciatica, being in huge pain, not able to go to work. And I have been waiting for treatment there for 5 weeks!!! They didn't file sufficient documentation for injection, insurance followed up with them twice and they never got back to them so the claim was rejected.
