I’ve been seeing Alex for a few weeks now and each time I find Alex to be creative and intuitive with what I need to help me move and feel better. I have tightness in my hips/quads/back/glutes when my stress is high and Alex has been great in helping me release the tension I have been storing in my body. I highly recommend him!
I’ve been working with Dr. Alex for about a year now and he’s absolutely fantastic!! He makes sure to know what is bothering me every appt and helps pinpoint my problem areas and give great recommendations on workouts and stretches to help improve any issues!
Came to Dr. Alex with a pretty terrible tweaked lower back. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, very patient, extremely personable. A+ bedside manner. Not your typical Doc-in-a-box experience. The session was worth every penny.
