Great doctor! but awful customer service. When you come to a medical office, you want to feel welcomed and like you want to come back. I took work in a medical office. The receptionist I believe her name was Carolina was extremely rude. First and maybe last time I come. The doctor was great tho! So a star for the doc!
This place is an absolute live saver! Carolina & Dr. Kristina are extremely patient, hands on & super attentive to my care & needs. Thank you for everything! Amazing customer service!!! Super professional & clean environment with great vibes.
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless they get rid of unethical staff. The MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST CAROLINA from the Belleville NJ office. NEVER AGAIN, will I go there, unprofessional staff. NOT EVEN ONE STAR WORTHY. Just wanted to advise, that the staff from this office AND OTHER OFFICES VIOLATED HIPPA, which obviously is ILLEGAL. CONSIDERING FILING A LAWSUIT WITH EVIDENCE I HAVE TO PROVIDE.
