I can see why they have under a 4 star review. Their website says 'schedule next day appointment' so I called. The first person I talked to took my information and then transferred me to the spine center. The second person I talked to took even more information and said a scheduler will be calling to schedule an appointment. No call back in three days so how do you schedule 'next day appointment'??? I see why they only had 3.9 stars & after my review it’s 3.8🤣🤣. I called to schedule an appointment using MY insurance (which they do take here). My neck needs to be looked at but my workers compensation denied me so when I called this placed to tell them my situation and that I’m issuing my personal insurance to be seen. They asked me for my workers compensation after I just explained this to them and that it was denied so why are we then still talking about it?. I've had issues for over 4 years now with back pain nerves and was diagnosed at 8 with lupus and now my muscles keep feeling like they fall asleep my body shuts down just feeling bad and I go here they don't let me explain just ask by pointing out where normally people have pain not asking questions beyond that to than just give out muscle relaxer like if it's candy just to mask the issue without finding the real root of the problem If anyone does research it literally states that right—if there's a possibility of something ... read more

First visit everyone was great & pleasant including Dr. Patel although seemed a little rushed and I know busy, but expected more time for a new patient. Second visit seeing his P.A. I canceled going elsewhere outside of AdventHealth, huge difference of care & compassion getting an answer & explanation for what’s going on. Previously I had to fight for an MRI after being told my low back pain down so I’m good and that’s not even the half.
