Worst experience. Staff was rude and clearly does not care about the wellbeing of patients. There is no communication and they have no problem turning you away even if there is an error on their end.
I had neck surgery in March 2024 and Dr. Patel did an amazing job!! I thank God for him and for such a Christian environment. He used Dr. Chetan Patel ‘ his staff to make my miracle happen. Thank you!
The office is efficient and friendly. They have signs so that you know where to go and they greet you quickly and get you moving at your actual appt time. The X-ray tech Peter is fantastic and the PA put me at ease and got me ready for the doctor. Amazing staff and facility.
I was referred by my doctor here for pain in my lower back. first, I had paperwork that needed to be filled out for my job so that I could actually go to that appointment. I was told by the front desk receptionist that the doctor is basically too good for this paperwork and will only do paperwork for people that have surgeries with him. They do this whole dramatic check in with multiple different nurses, etc which is a bit confusing before you can even see the doctor. I had my first visit with this group today. The staff is likely the best I’ve ever experience at a doctor’s office. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The wait wasn’t long and Dr. Patel took his time to discuss a plan with me. It was an excellent experience.
