Dr Patel completely cured my back pain with surgery. I am 100% satisfied! He and his staff are all very caring. Would highly recommend!
I have a lower back (TLIF) surgery scheduled with DR PATEL (ADVENTHEALTH NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE). My wife is my one and only caregiver, so she will be the only one taking care of me weeks after the surgery. Because she's still working I ask the office of DR PATEL about completing the paperwork for FMLA in order for my wife to take some time of TO TAKE CARE OF ME for a few weeks. Worst experience. Staff was rude and clearly does not care about the wellbeing of patients. There is no communication and they have no problem turning you away even if there is an error on their end.
