Seeing Dr Fred at spinefocus has been very helpful and amazing for my shoulder and upper back pain. With the treatment and exercises give For the last 2 months I have been able to sleep And wake up feeling better, and even my headaches have significantly reduced allowing me to perform my normal activities as expected. Great Practice. I was referred to Spine Focus by my wife who was treated here previously. I understand why she had such positive feedback about her experience. Very welcoming atmosphere and you don't feel like a number being a patient here. From the lovely receptionist to the Doctors, everyone makes you always feel welcome. I had a very good experience with Dr Fred Kim. He is professional, kind, and explains everything clearly. He helped me with my neck and posture pain, and I felt comfortable during the treatment. The clinic staff were also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Fred Kim to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.

Best Chiropractor in all of Sydney. Dr Fred and his team are very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and most importantly will be able to fix the problems that you have with neck and spine. I had slipped discs in the neck. Dr Fred examined and explained everything thoroughly, set up a rehab management plan, gave me an approximate timeline for recovery. I am very grateful to Dr Fred Kim for treating me , I had suffered from severe pain in my neck and shoulders. Thanks to his proper assessment and treatment my neck pain and shoulders is almost gone and I can do most tasks with ease.
