I called and the receptionist was immediately rude. She insulted me for mispronouncing Dr Jung’s name and then put me on hold and never picked back up. Pathetic excuse for a place thats supposed to be interested in providing clinical care for people.
I was told great things about Dr Jung, so I went ahead and made an attempt to schedule an appointment, I had 3 separate conversations with the front desk, and every time I spoke with their secretary she was extremely rude, difficult to speak to, and overall unpleasant. Every interaction I had with her was so frustrating I decided it would be best for me to seek care elsewhere, I’m surprised there aren’t more negative reviews considering how unprofessional she was each time I spoke with her.
Dr. Jung is an amazing, and i do mean AMAZING dude. I went to him in 2012? After being in a wreck in my 20's felt like my life was over, after being with several other chiro's. They recommended him! I swear this man brought my quality of life back. it's now 2026 and I still rave about the work he did. Until I met this dude, I started thinking that chiropractors were BS and money grabbing. I don't live in the area anymore but if I did, i'd be coming back for any adjustment or physio.
The service is rude and unprofessional from the front desk. Waited an absurd amount of time for a dot physical told to arrive at 10 didn’t leave until 12 they need to work on transparency when it comes to scheduling.
