Dr. Jackson was very professional. He shook my hand upon entering and leaving the room. He kept good eye contact with me. He thoroughly explained and pointed out on the MRI where there is a problem, and what my options are. He told me about potential risks and the percentage of likelihood. He answered my questions. The two assistants with whom I interacted were professional, thorough, and kind.
Dr. Jackson has been thorough, patient, and helpful. Ortho Indy has been so prompt and timely with all communication, tests, and appointments. I highly recommend!
