Had an in office procedure done, can't say enough good about Dr Theophilos and his staff...thank you so much for making me feel much better, and your care and concern from start to finish! I had a series of 3 epidural injections. They did nothing to relieve my pain. No guarantees were made but what made this experience most painful was the surgeon's arrogance and non-caring attitude. He had no regard for my time or feelings. Zero bedside manner. Perhaps he feels like surgical skills excuse him from basic courtesy and sensitivity. My agony from my restricted lifestyle was only increased by his unfeeling, callous attitude.
