Dr. Daniel Merck has performed a miracle for me. I've suffered hip pain and lower back for years and occasional injections have had marginal effect Nine holes of golf, for this old man, resulted in a great deal of pain and Tylenol the past two years. My first set of injections resulted in hip pain going away, walking ease and balance restored and have played a couple of 9 hole rounds two days in a row without pain. My second set of injections were today and I feel terrific and pain free. Thanks Dr. Merck

My wife and I see different Doctors in this practice, she sees Dr. Sheahan and I see Dr. Rollins. These are the two most conservative and caring people you could hope to deal with. They both are able to manage our pain with minimum meds. in my case and very few oral meds in my wife's situation. Saw the worst in the past and now we have been there since 2003 and feel like we are with the best!

I do not recommend this place to anybody. Had a couple of appointments and even though I was always there early they had me waiting for about one hour. Staff us highly unprofessional and everybody always seems to be in a bad mood. They scheduled me for my last appointment at 4:30, when I got there I wrote my name down and noticed nobody checked the check-in form, at 4:50 they tell me that they had to reschedule my appointment because I wasn't there on time, after I had to take off early from work for this. After my first visit it was very obvious why there is so many staff changes as frequent as monthly. It was nothing to meet a new tech one month and the next they were gone. And, not to another office, just gone. The Dr. is extremely rude to the female nurses and techs and often yells and belittles them in patient areas. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be improved upon. I have been going to this facility for over 15 yrs. It is because of the medical treatment and medication provided by their staff that I am able to remain employed after having over 27 major surgeries including several back surgeries and a spinal fusion. I thank God for doctors and nurses like them every day. Their office is always on time also and they have always been pleasant, professional and easy to deal with.

The doctors are awesome but the staff is a joke. 6 weeks I have been calling that office to get two issues handled. Been going there 7 years and never had an issue to deal with them till now. The office manager should be fired hands down. By the way, she's so caught up on her stuff she has taken a 4 day weekend on new years ....really??? Wouldn't/didn't call me back, sat on hold till I finally hung up, and 6 weeks later STILL trying to get the re-cert done from that office.
