When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist staff did not listen to my instructions and failed to switch my cell as my primary. The office failed to request my records from my referring physician and wanted to repeat all of the X-rays when I arrived. After I stated I did not want to repeat the X-rays, the nurse was no longer friendly. I should not have to pay for imagining that has already been completed.
