I find the whole team to be pleasent I feel relaxed and aculy find the nurses to listen Love them. I find Dr Matt to be outstanding A flow of patients so cant take the time I wish he had to answer a few of my questions further . Space is clean and organized. Staff is pleasant. Rooms are well lit. The wait time for check-in is brief. Long wait between scheduled appointments. The initial appointment was very fast. A little too fast. There's plenty of handicapped parking and regular parking. The building also has a drop-off/ pick-up area with an overhang.
This staff has got to be the most unprofessional and rude that I have ever dealt with!! Did the intake questionare over the phone and the woman I spoke with had a very cold personality and kept talking over me when I needed important medical information documented into my son's chart and acted as if she didn't understand what I was getting at when I was VERY clear then proceeded to repeat herself condensendely over and over. Follow up and adjustment to an appliance I have. I was called ten minutes before my appointment. I saw Amy Yates and she came in the exam room five minutes past my appointment time. I don't mind waiting because she takes the time with her patients to answer their questions and she tries to put them at ease as much as she can. The nursing staff and clerical staff have always treated me with respect and help me maintain my dignity even when wearing those stupid gowns Amy Yates and Drs Kalia and Singh never rushed me and asked ... read more
