Used to be fairly decent for spinial treatment. Recently one of the doctor's split his time with an Ohio clinic and this unit. Since then, the patients are less satisfied. The patients are no longer important. Now, the nurses are ambivalent to providing care and a couple are just plain nasty because they think they are important. Quality and continuity of care have dropped considerably. Its sad to see such benign apathy in alleged professionals who are there for a paycheck. You used to be able to trust nurses to care.
Regarding the hand railings, multiple obstacles... white drop off boxes and benches blocking access to hand railings. Its completely unbelievable, move the bench near the window. Get those white drop off boxes out of the public corridor, your office space is inside your office and install some drop of slots on the wall to interior receptacle.
Great friendly staff helpful and professional. Doctor was so nice and professional. Took his time and explained everything. Highly recommend this place if your having trouble.
With the spine injection, I am able to increase my quality of life. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable.
