I felt very prepared for my surgery and knew what to expect because of their mandatory spine class. I appreciated the extent of preoperative prep to prevent infection and poor healing through the requirement to use disinfecting soap and drink a pre-surgery drink. I wish I had this level of care from my previous surgeries at other institutions. Congrats to Dr. Diebo on his promotion to co-director of the Spine Center at Miriam.
Dr. Kleinhenz and his team were excellent! Both before during (I was out cold but it all went great!) and after the surgery. You are in great hands when this is the team you have doing your surgery.
I have been referred from my neurosurgeon, never got a phone call. I’ve left three messages. Never got any call back. even did the online appointment nobody’s gotten back to me.
This was my second, unrelated surgery with Dr. Daniels and his team at the Spine Center. My first surgery was extremely complicated and life threatening. Dr. Daniels and his team are the best at what they do. There is no weak link. I have recommended him to everyone I know that has back issues, and they have all had successful outcomes. I hope I have no need to see him in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them.
The spine center has been great!! Communication is good. Lots of check-ins and Dr. Daniels is the best spine surgeon ever!! Jackie was great checking on me!!Everyone is patient understanding. I feel like I'm being treated at a five-star hotel.
